01Where we ship
We ship to the countries offered in the delivery-address form at checkout — the European Union member states listed in the table below, grouped into shipping zones. If your country is not in the form, we do not ship to it yet.
We do not currently ship outside the European Union. Deliveries to non-EU countries involve customs declarations and import VAT that we are not set up to handle, and we would rather say so than surprise you with charges on arrival.
02What it costs
Shipping is calculated from the destination zone and the total weight of your order — the sum of the weights of the items in it — and shown separately at checkout before you confirm and pay. You are never charged anything you were not shown first. Prices are in euros and include VAT.

Shipping is free on orders of 250.00€ or more (goods value, VAT included), to every zone.
Weight brackets are "up to and including". An order heavier than the heaviest bracket of your zone is sent as several parcels, each within that bracket, and the shipping charge is the sum of the parcel prices (or nothing once the goods reach the free-shipping bar). Above 100 kg in total we cannot quote online: checkout will say so; write to support@misstepgames.com and we will quote the shipment for you.
03Dispatch
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Everything you can order is on our shelves: products that are not yet released, or not in stock, cannot be added to the cart — the product page offers a stock alert instead — so an order is never waiting on a supplier.
04Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and on the destination, and are estimates, not guarantees. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we deliver no later than 30 days after the order, as the law provides (article 19 of Decree-Law 24/2014). If we fail to do so, you may set us an additional reasonable deadline and, if we still do not deliver, terminate the contract and be refunded in full.
05Tracking
When your order is dispatched you receive an email. Where the postal service provides tracking, the tracking number is in that email.
06Risk, loss and damage
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, physically receives the goods. Until then it is ours: if a parcel is lost in transit, we pursue it with the carrier and you do not have to.
If a parcel arrives damaged, note it with the carrier where you can, photograph it before opening further, and write to support@misstepgames.com with your order number. Damaged or non-conforming goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity described in the Terms & Conditions — that is a remedy at our cost, not a return under the 14-day right of withdrawal.
07Parcels that come back to us
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered — an incomplete address, or not collected from the pick-up point in time — we contact you to arrange a new dispatch or a refund. Where the return was caused by an address you gave us that was incomplete or incorrect, a second dispatch is charged at the rate in the table above.
